We bought in a Senior Talent Partner to work side-by-side with the Head of Design and internal talent teams to drive the design hiring process from sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offer negotiations, onboarding and post-offer care.
We surpassed our requirement to make a minimum of 15 placements across 3 months utilising our African community as a key talent pool, whilst hiring designers from some of the world’s best agencies and provide a swift time-to-hire so projects could be executed.
